What is the validity of Loyalty Club Bonus points?

Bata Club keeps on rewarding you with exclusive bonus points. These bonus points are associated with limited validity, and you are informed about the same via SMS. The points will expire at 11:59 pm on the final valid day. No request for revalidation of the expired points is entertained.

 

 

Can I redeem my Loyalty Club Bonus points during End of Season Sale or when any other promotional offers are being run?

Yes, you can use your Loyalty Club Bonus points in all your purchases, provided they are under validity period. However, the Bata and Hush Puppies Club Gift Voucher codes are applicable for non-discounted / fresh merchandise only and cannot be used on any discounted article or cannot be clubbed with other discount, discount scheme offered by Bata at such relevant time.

 

What if I want to change my Bata Club registered mobile number?

A registered mobile number change is not recommended from our end. In case you still want to change, please write a mail at in-customer.service@bata.com and quote your current Bata/Hush Puppies Club registered mobile number and the new mobile number in which you would like to transfer all your Bata Club benefits. Your request will get processed within the next 7-10 working days and you will be informed via Email or SMS once the changes have been done.

 

How to I validate that the communication received is from Bata India?

For SMS communication, Bata India will use "BATAIn as the sender ID for Bata Loyalty Club messages, and Hush Puppies will use "HUSHIn" as the sender ID for their communications.

 

What happens to my bonus points when I return or exchange merchandise which I have bought?

Your replacement happens on the exact value which you would have paid for the article (through cash/card + Bata Club Points) while buying.

 

How do I check my membership status, updated profile, available points and exclusive offers?

You can login to your account in our website (bata.com) using your registered ID and password to check your point balance and profile details.

You can also fetch your membership status and point balance at any point of time by just giving a missed call at 800 778 2345.
