#21StrongerInsideChallenge with Bata Terms & Conditions
1. The #21StrongerInsideChallenge is open to all citizens of India residing within the territory of India only.
2. This contest is only for Instagram users and is not available on any other online social media page or offline retails stores. The details related to the contest, along with a ‘Contest Announcement’ post shall be shared on Bata India official Instagram handle.
3. The Contest will commence on 20th August, 2024 & ends on 19th September, 2024. Entries outside this period won't be accepted.
4. Entry Guidelines:- to participate, a contestant is required to follow the following process/steps:-
· Follow @Bata India
· Take the challenge and record your progress on social media
- 10 minutes of skipping
- 21 knee-ups
- 21 squats
· Use #21StrongerInsideChallenge #PowerStrongerInside #PowerbyBata.
· Any entry, which do not have the aforesaid hashtag shall not be considered to be a valid entry and any such entry which do not comply with the same shall be summarily liable to be rejected and such contestant shall be solely responsible for any action by the competent authority.
Lucky winners will stand a chance to win a pair of shoes signed by Kartik Aaryan OR a year long subscription of Power merchandise worth INR 20K
- Multiple entries from one account will not be entertained and are summarily rejected.
5. Lucky winner entries will be selected through a random draw from eligible entries received during the Contest period by judges appointed by Bata India Limited (“Bata”) and their decision shall be final and binding.
6. Winners will be notified through a direct message on Instagram on 21st September 2024.
7. Selected winners need to respond within 48 hours to claim their prize on Bata page on Instagram by way of direct message.
8. If a winner doesn't respond within aforesaid time, Bata has the right to choose an alternate winner(s).
9. It is made clear by Bata that no physical or electronic form of gift vouchers shall be provided to any winner, only shoes identified by Bata and signed by Kartik Aaryan of the winner’s foot size OR a year long subscription of Power merchandise will be given to the selected winner entries. The price is neither assignable nor redeemable by any of the cash from the counter of the retail store. Winner(s) agrees that the prize of the contest is non-transferable and cannot be assigned or exchanged for cash or sale to any other person or any other special request shall be entertained by Bata.
10. Winner price i.e. shoes identified by Bata and signed by Kartik Aaryan of the winner’s foot size OR a year long subscription of Power merchandise shall be at the sole discretion of Bata and winner shall have no right to choose from either of the aforesaid prices.
10. Hackers and cheaters will not be considered while selecting the winners and decision of Bata India in this regard shall be final.
11. Participant(s) must follow all the aforesaid steps for their entry to become valid.
12. The Participant should be major (above the age of 18 years) and an Indian citizen only.
14. Participant understood that they are voluntary sharing their Name, Address, Contact Number & E-mail ID’s and are voluntary providing their unconditional consent to store and to process their personal information and sensitive data.
15. In case of Participants’ mobile number is registered for “DND” Bata India Limited shall not be liable for non-receipt of any SMS.
16. In case a participant makes multiple entries with different names on social media page, of Instagram Bata reserves its right to select any one of the entries for the contest submission from the said participant and rest of the entries shall be deemed to be rejected.
17. The contest is for a limited period only and Bata has the unconditional right to withdraw or modify the contest anytime at its sole discretion.
18. All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of New Delhi Court. The disputes shall be resolved by sole Arbitrator to be appointed by Bata. The venue and Seat of the Sole Arbitrator shall be Delhi only. The proceedings shall be conducted under Arbitration and conciliation Act-1996.
19. This contest is subject to government regulations.
20. Participants accept and acknowledge that sending/receipt of SMS is purely a technical thing and Bata, or its partner agency shall not be responsible for not receiving any SMS.
21. All participant who participate in the contest agree that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do Not Disturb), BATA will have all the authority to send SMS by virtue of them having voluntarily providing their mobile number, claimed the gift voucher and doing so shall not be treated as violation to any of the regulations passed by TRAI and/or under any law/notifications/ circular/guidelines etc.
22. Participant agrees that in case, the participant is not able receive the reward (signed shoes), there is no option with Bata or its partner agency to re-sending or re-validation of the afore said reward and Bata shall not be responsible for the same.
23. Bata reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend or deletion or addition of any of the terms and conditions of the contest, at any time at its absolute discretion, without advance notice and / or assigning any reason thereof. All decisions of BATA INDIA LTD.in respect of the Contest and the prizes therein will be final, binding.
24. This contest is subject to government regulations.
25. All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Court of New Delhi
