• Offer is applicable only in selected Bata Retail Stores, Bata Franchise Stores and Hush Puppies stores.
• Products on discount are in limited quantity and the offer remain valid till stock lasts or aforesaid duration, whichever is earlier.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/discount/scheme offered by Bata including Employees discount, shareholder discount.
• Bata India Limited (“BIL”) will not be held responsible or liable in case a consumer could not avail the offer due to malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network/PRI lease line or slow internet connection, electricity failure, error in computer on-line system or servers or computer equipment or software or website.

2.UPT Offer :

• Buy of 2 or more articles and get an additional 10% discount on invoice value. (maximum 5 articles in single invoice is valid under this offer)
• Offer is applicable on shopping of selected footwear and accessories available at selected stores only.
• Additional 10% discount offer is applicable only on purchase of minimum 2 articles and maximum upto 5 articles in a single invoice. (Offer can be availed on purchase of footwear and non-footwear articles.)
• Products on discount are in limited quantity and remains valid till stock lasts or aforesaid duration, whichever is earlier.
