Our standard courier / delivery duration is 3 to 5 working days.

All orders placed before 12.00 p.m. local time to ensure that you receive your order within the specific delivery period. Do note that certain items may not be deliverable within the specified delivery timeframe due to stock unavailability.

We work with a secure and trusted courier service in order to ensure your order is delivered on time and in perfect condition. However, in cases of unforeseen circumstances, we will engage alternative courier services.

RETURN & EXCHANGE:

We are committed to your satisfaction and will make every effort to ship your order accurately.

We only accept return requests for goods purchased on our Website within 30 days. For returns of products purchased from another retailer or another platform, please contact the original store of purchase or that platform.

All return cost shall be borne by customer. We do not bear any return fee.

REMINDER: Please ensure the correct sizes are selected before proceeding to checkout.

All returns will be reviewed first by Ecommerce Team and we reserve the right to reject it if the returned item does not meet the above criteria..

If you returned an item without consulting our Customer Service and it does not meet the above criteria, our Warehouse Team may reship back the item to you..

ALL SALES/DISCOUNTED/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS SOLD ARE FINAL AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND. IN OTHER WORDS IT'S NON-REFUNDABLE..

RETURN PROCEDURE – Bata Shop

Get in touch with our Customer Service representative via e-mail at mybata.customerservice@bata.com to arrange a return request. Please include your order details along with photos of the products in the e-mail for the verification and quality inspection purposes.

Do note that the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it must include all items that were in the original package.

We will process your request within 3 working days upon receiving the goods and an e-mail notification will be sent to you. In the case of refunds, please be advised that the amount paid will be credited within 14 working days from the date of product return.
